There is another prong located diagonally to the prong which was just pressed. This next prong has to be then pressed onto the sapphire. The prongs have to be pressed, till the time the sapphire is secured inside the ring setting. One has to move diagonally. It would help to prevent the sapphire from falling out of the setting.
